Baby

October 31 we were able to see baby #3. Everything looked perfect and we are so happy. Baby is head down and my placenta is on the backside, both of which are prayers answered. We chose to not find out gender this time around and will let it be a surprise. We are so excited to meet him/her and can't wait for March!

Pumpkins

This fall kinda snuck away from us with the beautiful weather we had. There were a few things that we never had the opportunity to do, but pumpkin patch was not one of them. We made sure to squeeze that in. We've gone to a different patch every year and I kinda love that. They all have different activities so every year we get to try different ones.
Our great friends the Keeley's picked this one out and it was maybe 10 minutes from our house. And it was our first experience with a corn maze! I was really excited about this part!
They had a little course for the kids to bike.
And this... no idea what this is called but it was kinda like a trampoline. And isn't that house beautiful? I wanted a tour and then to move out here and sit on that porch.

 "Train rides"
Even a zip line, too cool.

Reegan and Jason raced around in these orbs, Gavin didn't want any part of climbing inside.

A hay tractor ride that was very...interesting

Fun times were had by all, fun morning with beautiful weather and memories that the kids may never remember. At least we have pictures!

Fall Time

We've hit the half way point in this pregnancy and I am feeling more like myself, so  now comes trying to make up for my lack of energy this summer and make the most of our fall. We sat down as a family and made a fall bucket list and am working our way through the list. On that list, play in the leaves. The weather has been perfect so we headed out in search of fall and found it!

I may or may not have had more fun watching them play than they did throwing the leaves at each and exploring. These days really are the best and I couldn't be happier.

Rainy Day

We had a stretch of rainy days and were all feeling a bit restless. Luckily, I had stocked up my art supplies the week before so we were ready to go! (not sure why the coloring is weird, sorry)

Reegan loves arts and crafts and can sit still and color for hours. Gavin not as much. His attention span is much shorter, but he loves these activities for a little while.
We colored pilgram and indian masks and decorated trees I drew on paper with pumpkin and leaf stickers. I made applesauce with the last of apples we got from the orchard.

Love these kiddos and the days that I get to spend with them!

Kindergarten

I cannot believe I forgot to share Reegan's first day of preschool. We switched to a different church preschool this year, because the other one was just a little too far to drive for 2 1/2 hours, three times a week from our new house. We missed meet the teacher and see the classroom day because Reegan was throwing up, but she was ready when the first day arrived.

She was so excited.
They do things very differently at this school, including starting and ending the day with music time. Here the director is showing Reegan who her teacher is.
While the girl is away, this little guy and I have some one-on-one time. Some days we run errands, other days we stay at home and play, just the two of us. We both love it. He gets to pick any toy he wants to play with and doesn't have to worry about Reegan taking over.

Once we pull into parking lot in the mornings, the director gets them from the car and takes them inside. Once we pull into the line, Reegan gets to get out of her carseat and sit in the front seat. She thinks she is pretty special!
