Dog-N-Jog!

So since we love our dogs, and we enjoy a nice run from time to time (Jess enjoys them much more than I do...) we thought it would be a great idea to participate in this year's Dog-N-Jog event down on the Plaza. It was a quick, 2-mile run around the streets of Kansas City's most famous shopping area. The girls had a lot of fun seeing all of the other dogs out there, and of course they couldn't get enough of the running either! I ran with Bella and Jess ran with Ginger. Needless to say, all four of us were exhausted in the end. :) We couldn't get any pictures ourselves (they probably would've been a little blurry), so we left that to the professionals. There's a link below if you want to see us in action. When the website comes up you can type in one of our bib #'s. Jess and Ginger were 282, and Bella and I were 283. For some reason, every time someone snapped my picture I looked exhausted and my eyes are closed! Oh well, hope you like 'em anyway.

Jamaica- More cruise pictures

Well, it took a little bit of time, but here are more pictures from the cruise. We had a stop in Jamaica and it was a blast. The girls and guys seperated in the morning for an excursion. The guys went dune-bugging. As they were driving down the mountain, it started pouring rain which made their adventure even more thrilling. They were pretty muddy and gross afterward, but they had a good time.

The girls decided to go zip-lining on a canopy tour. It was SO much fun, quite the adrenaline rush. Here we are getting all suited up, don't we look the part?

Here I am getting hooked up for the long ride down...
... and here I am soaring. It was so much fun, I would love to do this again!

Fun Day with Dalton

My cousin Dalton and I spent a fun day together last week. Along with spending time at the pool and dog park, we also went to Deanna Rose Farmstead. WOW, I have not been there for a few years and it is amazing! Here are just a few pictures of the different things that we were able to do. Dalton and I's favorite activity was feeding the baby goats with a milk bottle, they were soo cute!
