Beginning to look like Christmas

It's our first Christmas season in the new house and we had fun deciding where to put the Christmas decorations. We noticed immediately that our tree looks a little silly in our living room with tall ceilings. We also have a great bay window in our dining room in the front of the house that needs a tree as well! So, after Christmas we will look for some great deals on a new tree!
Notice the outfits :) Reegan loves to pick her own clothes out and Gavin wants to wear his spiderman shirts whenever he can. He asks for them everyday and if one of them is clean, that's the one he wants.
Putting the topper on tree. Such a big girl!
We have a little tree by the stairs that the kids put their ornaments on. Gavin had the privilege of topping this tree.

A couple of weeks before Thanksgiving we spent family night at a local ceramics cafe. The kids had a great time, maybe a better time than Jason and I. 2 little kids and paint can be a tad stressful.

Gavin went through a phase where everyday he wanted his goggles and work hat. He would come out of his room in the morning with one or both on his head and leave them on as long as he could.
And little miss... so lady like with her legs crossed wants to wear dresses ALL the time. Loves everything pink and purple and enjoys teaching her brother (or stuffed animals in this case) her school stuff.
Christmas is almost here and the kids are SUPER excited for Santa to come!! I LOVE this time of year!!

Baby

October 31 we were able to see baby #3. Everything looked perfect and we are so happy. Baby is head down and my placenta is on the backside, both of which are prayers answered. We chose to not find out gender this time around and will let it be a surprise. We are so excited to meet him/her and can't wait for March!

Pumpkins

This fall kinda snuck away from us with the beautiful weather we had. There were a few things that we never had the opportunity to do, but pumpkin patch was not one of them. We made sure to squeeze that in. We've gone to a different patch every year and I kinda love that. They all have different activities so every year we get to try different ones.
Our great friends the Keeley's picked this one out and it was maybe 10 minutes from our house. And it was our first experience with a corn maze! I was really excited about this part!
They had a little course for the kids to bike.
And this... no idea what this is called but it was kinda like a trampoline. And isn't that house beautiful? I wanted a tour and then to move out here and sit on that porch.

 "Train rides"
Even a zip line, too cool.

Reegan and Jason raced around in these orbs, Gavin didn't want any part of climbing inside.

A hay tractor ride that was very...interesting

Fun times were had by all, fun morning with beautiful weather and memories that the kids may never remember. At least we have pictures!

Fall Time

We've hit the half way point in this pregnancy and I am feeling more like myself, so  now comes trying to make up for my lack of energy this summer and make the most of our fall. We sat down as a family and made a fall bucket list and am working our way through the list. On that list, play in the leaves. The weather has been perfect so we headed out in search of fall and found it!

I may or may not have had more fun watching them play than they did throwing the leaves at each and exploring. These days really are the best and I couldn't be happier.
