We've been busy!!

The last few weeks have flown by and it is hard to believe that I only have one more week at home with my baby. I knew this day was going to come, but I didn't think I would be this sad about it. I keep thinking maybe I'll defer for a year, but I have been told many times by Jason, that it is not an option...the bank account can't handle me staying at home for another year!

Like babies do, Reegan is growing and becoming such a big girl! We had to stop using the kitchen sink bathtub because she kept pushing herself out of it and wanting to stand up. Now, we use her large turtle sponge in the sink. She seems to like this even more, she kind of lays herself back and is much more chill about it all. Next stop is the actual bathtub!!!

This past Friday afternoon, I went to a friends house for a wonderful lunch with some friends from college. It's so fun being able to share this new phase of life with them. Below are the babies, Reegan is on the left, Cade in the middle, and Alexa is on the right. Cade and Alexa are only 12 days apart and obviously much smaller/younger than Reegan by 3 months. This picture was only moderatly hard to get, Reegan kept trying to roll over onto Cade and kept reaching for his face. Alexa has an older sister who was taking a nap at the time, so she is used to the chaos!
Saturday we headed to Branson for the weekend with my family. On the way we stopped at a restaurant named Lamberts for some southern cooking and roll throwing. It was good, but the almost 2 hour wait was not so fun...luckily there was a cheese factory next door so we took our time and looked around. Jason gave Reegan a ride and she thought she was hot stuff being so tall. During the wait Reegan played so hard, that as we were walking to our table she feel asleep and stayed asleep for the entire meal! It doesn't get any better than that.
Once in Branson Reegan got in some play time before we headed out again. She sure loves Dalton, she always is trying to grab at his face (this must be a sign of endearment, she seems to be grabbing everyone's face lately).
Once again she played so hard she fell asleep at the Dixie Stampede that evening.
Sunday morning, we woke up and headed out to a Duck tour (goes on land and water). Our 70 min tour ended up being 2 hours, 15 minutes because we hit a ton of traffic and then our duck-mobile broke down so we had to wait for another one. Luckily the driver and tour was very entertaining, so we didn't mind too much. Reegan loves a crowd and the more thats going on the better, so she was great the whole time...so much for her to look at.
Once again, here she is fast asleep, poor thing didn't look very comfortable, but she stayed asleep for over an hour.
I know that Reegan will never remember these trips, but I love knowing that we have these pictures to share with her.
